Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Bedrock Facility Solutions LLC ("Bedrock", "we", "us") collects through bedrockfms.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Work we do for clients under a signed agreement is covered by that agreement.
What information do we collect?
Information you give us
- Facility assessment and contact forms. First and last name, email, phone number, company name, and any message you write.
- Newsletter sign up. Your email address.
- Repair or Replace calculator. Your email address, plus the answers you enter (equipment type, age, replacement cost and last year's repair spend) so we can send you the full breakdown.
- Job applications. Our open roles are listed through Dover, a hiring platform. If you apply, the information you submit goes to Dover and to us, and Dover's own privacy policy also applies.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our analytics and marketing tools collect standard information such as pages viewed, time on page, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, an approximate location based on your IP address, and cookie identifiers. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs.
How do we use it?
- To reply to your request and talk through whether our services are a fit.
- To send the newsletter, guides, and calculator results you asked for.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To keep a record of our business contacts in our CRM.
- To review job applications.
- To protect the site and meet legal obligations.
What cookies and tracking do we use?
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use these tools:
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
| Google Analytics | Measures visits and how people move through the site. |
| HubSpot | Tracks visits and connects form submissions to a contact record in our CRM. |
| Brevo | Receives newsletter and calculator sign ups and sends those emails. |
| Google Fonts | Loads the fonts the site uses. Your browser requests them from Google. |
| Dover | Shows our open roles and handles applications. |
Your cookie choices
The first time you visit, a bar at the bottom of the page lets you accept or decline. If you decline, we turn off Google Analytics and HubSpot tracking in your browser and remove their cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline. Your browser settings also let you block or delete cookies.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for how sites should respond to it, so we do not change how the site works based on that signal. You can use the cookie settings above instead.
Who do we share it with?
We share information only with the service providers that run the tools above and that host this site, so they can do that work for us. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long do we keep it?
We keep information for as long as we need it for the reasons in this policy, such as an ongoing business conversation or your newsletter subscription, or as long as the law requires. After that we delete it or remove what identifies you.
What are your choices?
- Emails. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- Your information. You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@bedrockfms.com.
- Cookies. Use the Cookie settings link at any time.
How do we protect it?
We use reasonable safeguards and rely on established providers to store and process information. No website or online service can be fully secure, so we cannot guarantee it.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
