Terms of Use

These Terms of Use explain the rules for using bedrockfms.com, the website of Bedrock Facility Solutions LLC ("Bedrock", "we", "us", "our"), a Florida limited liability company. Please read them carefully.

Agreeing to these terms

By visiting or using bedrockfms.com, including any page, guide, tool or form on it (together, the "site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

If you use the site for a company or other organization, you agree to these terms for that organization as well, and you confirm you are authorized to do so. In that case, "you" means both you and that organization.

The site is meant for businesses and adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.

What these terms cover

These terms cover this website only. They do not cover the facility services Bedrock provides to clients or the use of Pebble, our facility management platform. Those are covered by the client's signed agreement with Bedrock. If a signed agreement and these terms ever conflict, the signed agreement controls.

How we collect and use information through the site is explained in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Using the site

You can use the site to learn about Bedrock and Pebble, read our guides, use our tools, sign up for our newsletter and get in touch with us. When you use the site, please do not:

  • Try to break into, overload, disrupt or get around the security of the site or the systems behind it.
  • Upload or send anything harmful, such as viruses, malware or other malicious code.
  • Copy, scrape or collect content or data from the site in bulk with automated tools, or in a way that puts a load on the site.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or try to get the source code of any part of the site, except where the law allows it.
  • Frame or mirror the site, or make it look like our content is part of another site.
  • Use our content to build a competing product or service, or to train or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning models, without our written permission.
  • Submit false or misleading information, or pretend to be someone else, in our forms.
  • Use our forms or contact details to send spam, advertising or other messages we did not ask for.
  • Use the site in any way that breaks a law or regulation, or that infringes anyone's rights.

Changes to the site

We may change, add to, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time, including pages, guides, tools and features, without notice. We are not liable to you or anyone else if we do.

Information on the site

General information, not professional advice

Our guides, articles, checklists and other content give general information about running facilities across many locations. They are not engineering, legal, code, safety, tax, financial or other professional advice for your situation. Before you act, check with a qualified professional and the authorities that apply to your locations.

Some guides mention building codes, inspections, licensing or other rules. Those rules change and differ by state and city. Always confirm the current requirements with the authority having jurisdiction.

The Repair or Replace calculator

The Repair or Replace calculator gives estimates based only on the numbers you enter. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a recommendation to repair or replace any piece of equipment. Real costs depend on your equipment, location, timing and other factors the calculator does not see.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but it may contain mistakes, gaps or information that has changed. Descriptions of our services, Pebble features, screenshots and examples are for general information and can change at any time. Screenshots of Pebble show sample data, not real client information.

No offer

Nothing on the site is an offer to provide services or software, or a promise of any price, result or response time. We provide services and Pebble only under a signed agreement with a client.

Forms and submissions

When you fill in a form on the site, such as a facility assessment request, a demo request, a contact form, the newsletter, the calculator or an application to join the Bedrock Network, please give us accurate and complete information that you have the right to share.

Sending a form does not create an agreement or any relationship between you and Bedrock, and it does not commit us to respond or to provide anything.

When you send us your contact details, you agree that we may contact you by email or phone about your request. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email.

Please do not send us confidential, sensitive or personal information through the site beyond what a form asks for. The forms are not designed to protect that kind of information.

Joining the Bedrock Network

If you apply to join the Bedrock Network, you confirm that the information you give us about your business, trades and coverage area is accurate. Applying does not guarantee work, and we may decline or not respond to any application. Any work with Bedrock happens only under a separate written agreement, which will set out its own terms, including insurance, licensing and rates.

Job applications

Our open roles are listed through Dover, a hiring platform. If you apply, Dover's own terms and privacy policy also apply. Applying does not guarantee an interview or an offer, and nothing on the site is an offer of employment.

Client log in

The Log In link takes clients to Pebble. Access to Pebble is given only to clients and their authorized users, and use of Pebble is covered by the client's agreement with Bedrock. If you have a Pebble login, keep your credentials private and let us know right away if you think someone else has used them. Please do not try to access Pebble or any account you are not authorized to use.

Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback about the site, our services or Pebble, we may use them freely, without any obligation to you, and without paying you or giving you credit.

Our content and marks

The site and its content, including text, guides, graphics, screenshots, logos, icons, page design and the calculator, belong to Bedrock or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

You may view the site, print pages and share links to them for your own use or your company's internal use, as long as you keep any copyright and other notices. Please do not copy, change, republish, distribute, sell or create works based on our content without our written permission.

Bedrock, Bedrock Facility Solutions, Pebble, Pebble CMMS and their logos are our names and marks. Please do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or are connected with you, or in a way that could confuse people, without our written permission. Other names and marks that appear on the site belong to their owners.

Other companies' services and sites

The site links to and uses services run by other companies, such as Google, HubSpot, Brevo, Dover and LinkedIn. We do not control those companies and are not responsible for their content, services or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the site, but no website or online service is completely secure. You use the site at your own risk and are responsible for protecting your own devices and systems.

No warranties

The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, Bedrock disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy and quiet enjoyment.

We do not promise that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free of errors, viruses or other harmful components, that defects will be fixed, or that the site or its content will meet your needs.

Some places do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Bedrock and its owners, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business, that come from or relate to the site, your use of it, or your reliance on anything on it, even if we were told such damages were possible.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim that comes from or relates to the site or these terms will not be more than one hundred US dollars (US $100).

Some places do not allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

Your responsibility for claims

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Bedrock and its owners, officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that come from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or anyone else's rights.

Suspending access

We may block or suspend your access to the site, or any part of it, at any time if we believe you have broken these terms or misused the site. The sections of these terms that by their nature should continue after that, such as our content, no warranties, limits on our liability, your responsibility for claims and governing law, will continue to apply.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and any dispute about them or the site are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any dispute about these terms or the site will be handled only in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you and Bedrock agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

The site is run from the United States and is meant for businesses in the United States. If you use it from somewhere else, you are responsible for following your local laws.

General terms

  • Whole agreement. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Bedrock about the site.
  • If part of these terms is unenforceable. The rest of the terms still apply, and the unenforceable part will be applied as far as the law allows.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce part of these terms right away, we can still enforce it later.
  • Transfer. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours, for example as part of a sale or merger of our business.
  • Events outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
  • Electronic communications. You agree that notices and other communications we send you electronically meet any requirement that they be in writing.
  • Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not change the meaning of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms, so please check this page from time to time.
